Intended for consumers for after talking to their healthcare provider about taking CBD tinctures.
If this is your first-time using CBD, it is recommended that you take it at nighttime because of the calming effects of CBD. Once you recognize and understand the effects of CBD on your body, and depending on your comfort, you can take it at daytime and/or nighttime.
The best time to take our tinctures is before or in between meals, when absorption isn’t slowed by food. It can take anywhere from 2 to 30 minutes after use for the effects of CBD to appear, depending on factors that affect the rate of absorption by the body.
Taking CBD sublingually allows you to feel the effects of CBD the fastest because dropping the CBD tincture under your tongue will enable it to go directly into your membranes and the bloodstream.
STEP 1: Squeeze the rubber top of the dropper to collect one full dropper amount of the tincture.
STEP 2: Tilt your head back slightly, open your mouth, and lift your tongue.
STEP 3: Drop the full dropper amount of tincture underneath your tongue.
STEP 4: Let the tincture sit under your tongue for 30 to 90 seconds and then swallow the remaining.
